2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Social Media Integrations
When you connect third-party social media accounts to our platform:
- You authorize us to access and interact with your accounts as permitted by each platform's API.
- You remain responsible for all content published through our Services to your accounts.
- You must comply with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
- We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your content or account.
- You can disconnect any integrated account at any time through your account settings.
4. TikTok Integration
By connecting your TikTok account to our platform:
- You authorize us to use TikTok's Login Kit for authentication and Content Posting API for publishing content.
- You agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Content published through our platform to TikTok is subject to TikTok's content policies.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to TikTok's API services.
5. Content Responsibility
- You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through our Services.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws, third-party rights, or platform guidelines.
- We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
- You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Post spam, misleading content, or engage in fraudulent activities.
